Hello everyone,
Me and my son had shifted our base since past 6 months as I was undergoing a course. We were staying at my parent's place and I put my two and a half year old in a playschool here. Now after 6 months, he surprises us with telling us, electricity starts with the letter E and Stagosaurus with S. This surely has his grand mother working behind the scenes. But we won't have him hold a pencil until his play group teacher said that he should join Nursery as the activities at play group do not keep him engaged. And so we did.
Today after five months, we are leaving this place and thought of meeting the kids in the class and his teachers for the last time. We planned to give the teachers a card. And he said.. I'll make a lion! there could be many ways but the idea struck us in the morning and we had roughly one hour to make the cards. Luckily I had a Lion in my stash of stamps and Ishir coloured it with his crayons. The teachers loved it. Especially with the handwritten note inside. I have a similar post on Instagram along with the video of him writing, I'll link it here, if you'd like to watch it.
Few of the keepsake pictures are here, to remember the most loving and caring teachers and his first ever school.
His Isha ma'am said, she'll miss his hugs. He does give the best hugs.. in Punjabi (language) it's called a kutt ke jaffi meaning a tight hug! Thank you for visiting, so glad you took out time for us.
Lots of love
Ishir and Ishani
