Jane's critters and cakes

Hello there,

This week has been so busy.. no time to craft. And the day I dont do any crafting, I feel that I wasted the whole day. So, I wasted almost a week! We have been traveling and visiting family. I knew my nephews and nieces would love to get some cards. So I carried some colours and stamps that the kids would like (and for me to also not miss on practicing colouring) and introduced them to stamping.

I could take out a little time and made these cards with minimal supplies. Supplies that fit in a cookie tin like a set of koibrushpens, a waterbrushpen, stamps from Jane's doodles stamps , an acrylic block and ranger archival ink - jet black. The card base and foam tape is from the local stationery shop next to their house!

The kids had their exams on, so we did just a little break-time stamping and colouring, but they were very keen to learn. These are the final assembled cards. Pardon me for the bad light pictures.

  1. Great ombré greens on the cute tortoise and the gift is ombré as well. Fabulous to encourage your nieces and nephews too. Thanks for playing at AAA Cards.

    1. Thank you Jane. These days, kids don't have hobbies.. technology has killed the idea of free time, so even colouring excited them!
