Rainbow bubbles

Hello dear bloggers,

Thank you for visiting my crafty corner. I have a very cool card today. I remember seeing baubles done by Ardyth this way and I recently found out how I could achieve this look, while doing my Love ewe card, when I did the heart for the background.

I cut circles off post-it and used them as stencil. The sentiment is from Catherine Pooler stamps that I won in a giveaway from Deepti Stephens.
