Hello everyone,
There is a new challenge at CAS-ual Friday Challenges and the theme is – Rainbows and butterflies.
Such a lovely theme.. right? And am so
fortunate that the CAS-Friday goodies reached me.. yay ! (Sadly I have lost so many US mails)
This is what I made for the challenge.
When I was thinking of
a design I realised I did not have a butterfly to go with this design. So I planned to try my 4 petal fri-dies as a butterfly! I die cut a sparkle foam with the 4 petals die and quilled antennae of the butterfly with a 2mm strip of quilling paper. I used
rainbow colors of distress inks for blending over the Full-on floral - embossed background. Finally, finished the card by using a sentiment that depicted the butterflies dancing in the garden from the stamp set - Tutu. And this looks like a happy card to me :) Does it to you too?
Hop on to the blog to get inspired by the girl fridays. We look forward to seeing
your rainbows and butterflies.
Happy Crafting everyone!
