Embroidered with love
We just shifted to a new city. And though I love moving, seeing new places, packing - unpacking gets stressing. I have been missing my time with papers too. So as soon as I have got most of my home functional, I unpacked my craft stuff.
What a perfect opportunity to create what I love - a quick CAS card. I have been checking Instagram and knew what challenges are on.. and I was thinking all this time - how'll I play these challenges.
I had bought a gold mirror finish paper, which was kept for - you know - special projects! I had used most of the paper to cut this wonderful Paper Smooches - Embroidery hoop, which I had planned to use in my first Inspired by Loll series card. But then - for that card.. the gold frame was too blingy in my opinion and I had this piece cut in my bit box (the inside circle was used to cut the diecut word). I also thought it was perfect for the frame at AAA! And cross stitched - With love - from Waffle Flowers - Stitched roses.. sequins in odd numbers and..
I love how delicate it looks, quite like the inspiration photo at the Card Concept!
With the golden hoop and pink embroidery 😉 Just for girls!
Reminds me of the time when my mom used to do cross stitching.
Hope you like it too!
