Hello there!

I was about to take a break for this challenge, I have not been crafting since 2 weeks! I live in India and if you have been listening to News, you'd know how bad it is here! I am grateful to God for keeping us safe and with parents vaccinated, we all take a sigh of relief.
Well, I thought may be if I craft I will not think much and I was right. This card was exactly what has been in my head for last 2 weeks and now with this made, I may be crafting like usual. I used this very apt stamp by Your Next stamp called Scratch pad. I masked for my moon and blended the blue sky, stamped my kitties, masked them, swiped antique linen for the crevasses of bricks and stenciled my brick wall. I used Antique linen DI for some spots on the moon and colored my cats with pencil colors.
This is the exact feeling we have here. It is sad but true.
I hope you will join with your pets at our ongoing challenge.
I have been crafting ever since I made this card.
I also made a video after all the prayers and love we got!
crafting helps!
Also, earlier I had some Alcohol ink play time and did some cool techniques for cards.
I am sure you will love it too, please stop by at my You tube channel and let me know if you liked them!

I am so pleased you got to craft and it took your mind off all the sad news-I am sending all my love and prayers and positive thoughts your way. This card is so perfect for the situation. I adore all the masking and colours and those sweet little kitties peeping up! And that one will sure hang on just like you xx
ReplyDeleteThis is a wonderful card, Ishani. I love that sky and those adorable kitties trying to hold it together. I have been thinking of you and hoping you and yours are safe. The news is devastating. I pray for your continued safety.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet card. Those kitties are super cute and I think one of them was looking for a little attention! Your stenciling with the brick wall is incredible. Hoping the situation in India calms down, soon. Thanks for joining us at Happy Little Stampers ~ Stencil Challenge.
