Have you checked the amazing range of Watercolors by Altenew - if not, the have a look here.

For my projects today I wanted to showcase AMAZING WATERCOLORING TECHNIQUES which you must try with them, for your next projects. You can watch the video HERE.

DREAMY WATERCOLORING
I have used Altenew's Charmed stamp set to look like a Garden of flowers. I colored them using my Altenew Watercolors 24 Pan set and used the Watercolor brush - fine for coloring. I diecut the panel using Altenew Mix and Match die set and the sentiment is from the very beautiful also Altenew's True friends stamp set.

JOSEPH'S COAT TECHNIQUE
The Joseph's coat technique is an evergreen technique and being called different names - trapped ink technique etc! And mainly it is used with ink blending but here I used Altenew Watercolors 24 Pan set for a cool way to use your watercolors and make dramatic cards. I have a video coming up soon to show you how I did it!

Joseph's coat technique, clear embossing technique, heat embossing technique, card making techniques, watercoloring technique, Altenew Brush Art floral stamp set

I used Altenew's Brush Art Floral stamp set for this card and later realised that it had retired! But neverthless, this tecnique can be used with even the Build a flower stamp sets by using only the second or third layer of the flower. Or any solid stamps! Watercolor rose stamp set will be perfect and you will get similar design or you could also use stamp sets like Vase fillers stamp set.

WATERCOLORING WITH EMBOSSING FOLDERS
Are you intimidated by coloring? I love to watercolor but some days I am too lazy! So I have a cool innovative and I don't know if I have seen any one do it.. MAY BE I INVENTED IT? The technique for the lazy crafters :P  So...shhhhh.. I just colored the depressed side of the embossing folder with Altenew Watercolors 24 Pan set.. and taddaa! I used the embossing folder from Craft Your life kit - Hello Beautiful and the Simple shapes cover die.
