TO - Tissue Paper technique - Silhouette card

I chose to do Tissue Paper Technique for my card which was demonstrated during my last video an that you can watch here.

 I used the Altenew Watercolors 24 Pan set watercolors for the Tissue paper technique for a cool background inspired by the photo and used the Flowing foliage die set for the silhouette.
