Garden Rose - Embossing folder technique

Hello there,

I have not been into making cards since some weeks as I was going through some tough time, health and emotion wise but since I saw the Altenew February 2023 Inspiration challenge I have been itching to do this very cool technique that you all may be familiar with, as I used the same embossing folder again - the gorgeous roses EF from the Craft Your life kit - Garden Rose

This is the double embossing technique PLUS Spotlight embossing that I shared on my You Tube channel almost a year back. I have got such a great response after this technique that I am sooo

 thankful for. So when I saw the colors of the inspiration challenge, I thought I will try it again with the magenta embossing powder.

I am very very happy with the way it turned out. There is something about this folder that I always want to use it. Sorry if you felt it was a repetition.

Also, I want to let you know if you are someone who is facing fertility issues or not able to have a baby or if you know someone who is going through this phase, you are most welcome to message me. I made new friends who have been struggling with it and have realised that not everyone understands what we go through. I was getting IVF treatment with 3 injections per day before the egg retrieval and it was just not the physical discomfort but an emotional time when you are ready to bear the pain for getting pregnant. But unfortunately, God has different plans. My IVF treatment was a failure and doctor suggested to not explore it anymore. So now I am a bloated - hormone induced - sad person, trying to bury myself with chores and making cards.  I am thinking I will just finish all my DT work for the rest of the year, now.

Sorry to bore you with my problems but I shared because I know there are many in same situation as me and also, I don't have many people reading my blog (lol) so I have emptied my heart out and also not created a stir by talking about a topic not considered 'normal' to talk about (on Instagram/FB).
