AECP - Let it Shine

Hello again!

I am sure most of you are knee deep preparing for Christmas and have no time to go through cards that people like me are making :D We had our Diwali time which can be said to be equivalent to Christmas. And this is the only time of the year, when there is a bit lull in the cardmaking community. But looks like every year this is the time I get most of the time to craft! Festivals are over, marriage season has a pause (related to Astrology and Hindu calendar), my son's exams are over and I finally have time to craft. So here again I have my Homework for the AECP Level 1.

My 4th Class was by Carissa Wiley's - Let it Shine and what amazing lessons with super cool tricks and ideas. Also, her lessons reminded me of so many supplies I have that I am not using enough. Also, her lessons on embossing powders and embellishments are worth remembering for all my future projects. So, inspired by her Lesson -3 and 5, I made this card with some forgotten supplies and the colors of the Altenew inspiration challenge hosted by Joy D'souza.

I took the first Altenew stamp that I bought, after winning a prize at AAA cards challenge, a CAS card challenge, called the Painted flowers and heat embossed them in Gold with the outline stamps and used Ruby Red and Velvet dye inks and minty mint and Green leaves for the leaves. For the Shine I die cut Gold Mirror cardstock with a retired - New day card kit Frame die.

I love the way this card turned out, I hope you like it too :)

I would like to enter this card for the A year in review Inspiration challenge
