Hello hello.. on 29th Feb!
And to celebrate Leap year we have a COOL Inspiration Photo for Challenge
We thought it fitting to have some leaping inspiration in the form of a frog!
Here's a close up.. to inspire you!
Lawn Fawn are the generous sponsor of this challenge and the winner will receive a $25.00 store credit.
Also, we have our one of the first designers, who joined 10 years ago at Time out challenges - Gerrina, stepping down from the team and I am sure you have been inspired by her beautiful Art work through out these years. We all at Time Out , wish her well for her life and creative journey. Don't forget to see her lovely work on hr blog - here.
I chose to make a Cute critter card. This Frog image reminded me of a Very Cute frog that I have from Snug bug stamp set by Crafty Meraki and an equally cool and cute sentiment to match the Frog image.
I made an inkblended background using Salty Ocean, Cracked Pistachio and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxides and die cut it with an MFT frame die. I stamped the frog, dragonfly and the two lotuses from the Snug bug stamp set and colored them with Copic markers. I chose a Dark green cardstock for my cardbase and added the sentiment for Congratulations on a new pad.
I hope you like my take on the challenge! We have, the very talented Vicki Dutcher of All I Do Is Stamp as our Guest Designer for this challenge. Hop on to her blog to see her adorable card.
If you have missed my latest Video on my You Tube channel - you can watch it here.
Happy Crafting :)
