Water Lily Card - Altenew

 Hello everyone!!

Thank you for stopping by!
If you are a regular to my blog I have a question for you at the end of the post.

I am here today, to share my last card for the year! This year has been my year of learning and I want to thank the Universe for all the blessings I have received. My health was not at it's best this year, things were tough, life was a bit difficult but I have learnt many lessons along the way. Learnt patience and saw contentment come my way.

Other than my Altenew Educator Program that has come to almost an end, I also feel enriched by my learnings from Vedic Astrology. So a gratitude card with the Sacred Lotus that symbolises enhanced spiritual connections, facilitates meditation and promotes inner peace, in my opinion is the best way to commemorate my journey of 2024.

I used my very loved Craft a Flower die - Water Lily for this card choosing a color combination from Nathalie D'Souza's May Inspiration colors. If you would like to see more inspiration for Lotus cards, you can check here. For the water, I used the Seashore mini inks on a blue glossy paper, for the variation of water.

Also, if you are visiting India and as most tourists go to South of India, do visit this place called Malarikkal for the never ending sight of Water Lilies in Bloom.

and if you can't visit.. let's just buy this die and make our own Water lily lake :D
